RP-3003 Rack & Pinion Hoist

This 3,000 lbs capacity platform material hoist is used widely by masonry contractors to easily and safely transport pallets of bricks to upper levels at a construction site. Due to the increased weight capacity and platform size, this hoist does not have the same pivoting feature as the RP-2001 & RP-2010. Proximity switches monitor key locations and lock the unit from operating until the unit is safe to move. These switches are non-mechanical, completely waterproof and tamper proof providing the best in reliability and longevity.

The RP-3003 utilizes a rack & pinion drive system which provides the simplest, most reliable and safest operation. Steel construction is finished with a durable powder coating to resist outdoor elements. Fail-safe electric brakes lock the machine in position in the event of a power failure. A roof enclosure is provided to protect workers while unloading material.
