RP-2010 Rack & Pinion Hoist

This 2,000 lbs capacity high speed platform material hoist provides a 45% faster operating speed over the RP-2001. With its 90 degree pivoting platform, workers can easily rotate the platform to offer multiple unloading configurations. Redundant safety features provide peace of mind on the job site. Proximity switches monitor key locations and lock the unit from operating until the unit is safe to move. These switches are non-mechanical, completely waterproof and tamper proof providing the best in reliability and longevity.

The RP-2010 utilizes a rack & pinion drive system which provides the simplest, most reliable and safest operation. Steel construction is finished with a durable powder coating to resist outdoor elements. Fail-safe electric brakes lock the machine in position in the event of a power failure. A roof enclosure is provided to protect workers while unloading material.

Anchoring

Bracket # B11431 (Pivot)
B11431 anchorage Bracket

The B11431 is the most commonly used anchoring bracket. It allows for easy 90 degree pivoting at upper levels and a more convenient loading at the round level. This bracket is equipped with six 9/16” bolt holes to provide the strongest connection to a building or scaffolding*. When anchoring to a concrete building, the minimum recommended bolt is 1/2” x 3-1/2”.

For a more in depth explanation, consult our sales department.

Bracket # B11571 (Non-Pivot)
B11571 Anchorage Bracket

The B11571 is mostly used when installing between long stretches of scaffolding or within a shaft. Because of the short distance between the wall and the tower, the 90 degree pivot feature cannot be utilized. This bracket is also equipped with six 9/16” bolt holes to provide the strongest connection to a building or scaffolding*. When anchoring to a concrete building, the minimum recommended bolt is 1/2” x 3-1/2”.

For a more in depth explanation, consult our sales department.

Bracket # 262061 (Non-Pivot)
262061 Anchorage Bracket

The 262061 is used when a opposite side loading/unloading will take place without pivoting the platform. This allows the entire unit to sit perpendicular to the building. The 90 degree pivot feature cannot be utilized due to the orientation of the platform with the building. This bracket is also equipped with eight 9/16” bolt holes to provide the strongest connection to a building or scaffolding*. When anchoring to a concrete building, the minimum recommended bolt is 1/2” x 3-1/2”.

For a more in depth explanation, consult our sales department.

* When attaching to scaffolding, consult a structural engineer to determine the best location and anchoring option. HTH cannot determine the best installation method when anchoring to scaffold.
