RP-1000 Rack & Pinion Hoist

This 1,000 lbs capacity platform material hoist is used in many fields of construction to easily and safely move materials, tools and scaffold material between levels at a construction site.  This hoist is most commonly used to assist is setting up and erecting scaffolding.

Redundant safety features provide peace of mind on the job site.  Proximity switches monitor key locations and lock the unit from operating until the unit is safe to move.  These switches are non-mechanical,  waterproof and tamper proof providing the best in reliability and longevity.

The RP-1000 utilizes a rack & pinion drive system which provides the simplest, most reliable and safest operation.  Steel construction is finished with a durable powder coating to resist outdoor elements.  Fail-safe electric brakes lock the machine in position in the event of a power failure.

Anchoring

 

 

Bracket # 262061 (Non-Pivot)
262061 Anchorage Bracket

The 262061 is used when a opposite side loading/unloading will take place without pivoting the platform.  This allows the entire unit to sit perpendicular to the building.  This bracket is also equipped with eight 9/16” bolt holes to provide the strongest connection to a building or scaffolding*.  When anchoring to a concrete building, the minimum recommended bolt is 1/2” x 3-1/2”.

* When attaching to scaffolding, consult a structural engineer to determine the best location and anchoring option.  HTH cannot determine the best installation method when anchoring to scaffold.
