Trestle Monorail System (PT-1)

The Trestle Monorail System is designed to utilize your hoist on a roof or balcony.  Easily lift material to the needed level and slide the hoist and material horizontally over a safe unloading surface.  This protects workers from falling by keeping them from hanging over the side of a building when loading or unloading.

Before attaching any hoist to the monorail, proper ballast must be in place.  We have a few ballast options such as ballast containers for dumping weights into and ceiling brace when used on a balcony.

Ballast Containers
Utilizes scrap material or weights as ballast.  Not to be filled with sand or water type material.

 

Ceiling Brace
Used when Trestle is placed on a balcony between floors.  Uses upper floor as ballast.

 

I-Beam Ballast
Used with T-Slot tractor weights for ballasting.
